Back orders
If your item is not available due to being out of stock, we will back order for you. If you wish not to wait for the item, you have the right to cancel. Many of the sweets that we sell may contain traces of nuts. We cannot guarantee that any of the sweets that we sell will be free of nut traces. This is due to the numerous suppliers that we have and the large variety of confectionery made by these various suppliers on their property. Sweets sold on this site may also contain flavourings, sweeteners and additives. Please contact us for further details.
Payment
Payment and Security
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Switch
- Delta
The conditions below do not affect your statutory rights according to United Kingdom law.
We will not debit your card until your order is ready for dispatch. For security reasons we must take the cardholders/account holders address. We use a secure order system that encrypts your credit card details to protect them from interception.
If you do not wish to pay by credit card, you can print a copy of your order and mail it to us with a cheque drawn in sterling on a UK bank or an international money order drawn in sterling.
If paying by cheque there will be a delay of a few days before goods are dispatched. We will send you an email to acknowledge your order. We reserve the right not to ship goods until payment has been received.
Glickman’s Confectionery remains the owner of stock until payment has been received. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, for whatever reason.
