My great grand father started making cream tablet and other confectionery back in 1903, he called it Swiss Cream Tablet. From there he added different ingredients such as coconut and ginger and other flavours. The shop was famous for its Cough Tablet an aniseed flavoured tablet. We still make all the tablets in our copper pots the traditional way along with our award winning Macaroon Cake. We were so delighted recently to win the Great Taste Award……One thing for sure you will never get a cream tablet or macaroon bar that tastes like ours.
