Raspberry Ruffles

When I started working in my grand father’s sweet shop I always loved this sweet. It had a beautiful expensive looking wrapper and inside was this dark chocolate. Unable to resist for long I would unwrap the sweetie and pop it into my mouth….a delicious coconut with raspberry. I still eat them today…infact I had one this morning! Not to be missed!!! The company that makes this fantastic sweetie is called Jameson’s set up in the 1930’s…they also make a delightful famous milk chocolate toffee.
